Your Pure Sport UK role
You will represent Pure Sport UK within a particular Region. Your task will be to run a programme of Sports Coaching. One objective will be to work with as many School's as possible by promoting our services. Secondly you will need to look to run a variety of programmes and holiday camps to supplement your School's coaching. We also offer the opportunity to benefit from selling any of our products found on our Sports Shop.
Managing a Pure Sport UK Region is a demanding role as you must be able to organise your team to deliver quality football and Sports coaching to high standards every day. As the Region Manger you must ensure that all planning and administrative tasks are completed in good time. Pure Sport UK management will support you all the way in a variry of ways from marketing, accounts, sales, databases and more.
Your Costs
When you join Pure Sport UK you will be given an exclusive Region to call your own. In this defined area, YOU are Pure Sport UK. As with all businesses there are some costs involved in the delivery of your service. You will need to pay your coaches. You will also pay a fixed contribution to Pure Sport UK Ltd of £150 per year. This payment will include the provision of the essential Public Liability insurance that your business needs & cannot operate without. You will enjoy unlimited SUPPORT from Pure Sport UK management. With Pure Sport UK methods, you can quickly establish your business to generate a very healthy and regular income. Central Support
We work to offer you a variety of forms od support. This includes:
- Staff Support - We advertise online for coaches and then direct the information to the Region Manager.
- Templates - From invoices templates to all forms of marketing we have the templates to get your business started.
- Accounts - Our Accounts team work to help you manage your finances as effectively as possible.
- Webpage - We can advertsie all of your programmes online and provide you with the tools to communicate with customers online.
Pure Sport UK Webpage and Intranet
www.puresportuk.com is your best sales tool. All of your services can be advertised online and represents an excellent sales tool. It also represents an excellent way to communicate with customers via weekly news updates and customer survey questionnaires.
The Pure Sport UK intranet is your means to run your business. As part of your initial training Pure Sport Uk will run through how all of your administration, accounts databases, sales and more can be managed at the click of a button.
Public Liability Insurance
Public liability insurance is so important that we have sourced it and will pay for it for you to ensure that you and the kids are covered. Public Liability is notoriously expensive and is an excellent benefit offered by Pure Sport UK.
Assessments & Quality Control
Pure Sport UK will plan and execute a programme of continuous quality assessments all around the network. This means that you, your coaches and courses will be regularly assessed to ensure that you are delivering the high quality and value for money that Pure Sport UK is known for.
Training
Ongoing training is provided by Pure Sport UK management. Whether it be One to one, by e-mail, by video …. When you’re with us we’ll always be there for you when needed. Our training is designed to make you successful and to ensure that you deliver the best possible quality and service in your Region.
Pure Sport UK Merchandise and equipment
As a Region Manger you have the opportunity to offer School's clubs and other organisations a range of Pure Sport UK merchandise and sports equipment available from the Sport Shop. All providing valuable commisions.
Q. What about book keeping and accounts?
One of the major benefits in joining us is that we know exactly how to run a PSUK Region efficiently and this includes all issues around your bookeeping. We are able to help you by carefully targeting your performance to maximise your area. If you do reach the threshold this simply means that you are doing VERY WELL indeed and our management team will guide and advise you every step of the way so that the less interesting side of owning and running a business does not ever bog you down.
Q. How much can I expect to earn?
The more established you become in your area and the more attention you pay to our trainers and guidelines the more you will earn. Our more established Managers earn between £30 and £40k. You should expect between £16 to £24k in your first year.
Q. How do I pay myself?
How you pay yourself and those that work for you is very important in terms of tax, national insurance etc. Our company accountants are there for you. It’s another example of how the PSUK infrastucture works with you and for you.
Q. Apart from School's coaching what other services can I offer?
Anything from Saturday Soccer Centres, to Multi Sport summer camps. Pure Sport UK can offer any Sports coaching service.
